This course introduces the Commissioning & Operational Readiness Assessment – a standardized assessment methodology used to quantify a projects transition readiness through each phase of Commissioning and Startup (CSU).
Building on industry best practices in project assurance, participants will start with an introduction on the principles of Commissioning and Startup (CSU) and Commissioning and Operational Readiness (COR) focusing on hot spots drawn from various body of knowledge in the industry. Next, participants will learn how to assess transition readiness using software application. Participants will understand the critical success factors for implementation and how to interpret the findings to improve commissioning schedule performance.
