• Perform accurate calibrations, zero/span adjustments, and bump tests on gas detectors using calibration gases.

• Test and verify flame detector response using professional test lamps and equipment.

• Configure and test voting logic (e.g., 2oo3) in an F&G controller panel.

• Systematically troubleshoot real-world system failures, including sensor faults, wiring issues, and false alarms.

• Integrate F&G systems with Emergency Shutdown (ESD) and fire suppression systems.
